摘要 汽轮发电机组联轴器鼓风挡板的作用是防止联轴器联接螺栓在转子高速运转时产生鼓风甩油。基于联轴器及其鼓风挡板的结构和工作原理,结合某汽轮发电机组鼓风挡板联接螺栓断裂、扭曲变形等现象,剖析其产生的原因,并提出联轴器鼓风挡板在安装过程中应注意事项及鼓风挡板设计制造的改进措施。 The blast baffle of the coupling function for turbine generator unit is to prevent blast and shed oil generated by the coupling bolts when the rotor is running at high speed.Based on the structure and working principle of the coupling and its blast baffle,the reasons of its occurrence are analyzed in detail combined with the phenomenon of the fracture,torsion and deformation of the coupling blots of the baffle for a turbine generator unit.It puts forward the problems which should be paid attention to during the installation of the blasdt baffle of the coupling and proposes some improvement measures for the design and manufacture of the blast baffle.
