摘要 火电厂燃料系统在煤炭翻卸、破碎、转运过程中产生大量扬尘,一直是困扰燃料输煤系统的难题。为此提出并实施了微雾抑尘改造、全封闭除木器及曲线下煤斗技改方案且逐一安装运行。实践证明,采用一系列防尘、抑尘手段,能够抑制粉尘产生的源头,彻底解决了输煤系统扬尘的问题,提高了输煤系统设备可靠性,确保了火电厂机组的安全运行,具有较高的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。 The fuel system of thermal power plant produces a large amount of dust in the process of coal dumping, crushing and transportation which has always been a difficult problem for fuel transportation system.It put forward and implemented the retrofit of micro-fog and dust suppression.It completely closed wood remover and installed and operated one by one the technical reform of coal hopper under the curve. It has been proved by practice that adopting a series of dust prevention and dust suppression measures can contain the source of dust generation.It can solve the problem of dust raising in coal conveying system.It can improve the reliability of coal conveying system equipment and ensure the safe operation of thermal power plant units. It has high economic benefit, social benefit and environmental protection benefit.
