厦门两次强台风的建筑受损调查及设计思考

The design considerations & surveys for the buildings damaged by two violent typhoons in Xiamen

调查了1999年9914号、2016年1614号台风中厦门建筑受损情况,分析了轻钢房屋、彩钢板屋顶、外围护结构、建筑幕墙等的受损原因。调查结果显示,设计方面原因主要是局部风压取值偏低。基于此,探讨了强台风环境下的建筑设计,对抗风设计提出建议。

This paper investigates the damage of buildings in Xiamen during typhoons No. 1194 in 1999 and No. 1614 in 2016,and analyses the causes of damage to light steel buildings,color steel roofs,exterior protective structures and curtain walls. The investigation results show that the main reason for the design is the low local wind pressure. Based on this,the architectural design under strong typhoon environment is discussed,and some suggestions for wind resistance design are put forward.
