摘要 框架-剪力墙结构是目前工业与民用建筑中常见的结构形式之一。主要论述某高层住宅框架-剪力墙结构的主要设计过程及其出现的结构Y方向刚度不足、底部楼层地震剪力偏小、短连梁抗剪超限等问题,并对这些设计难点相应采取增加Y方向分户墙连梁高度、最小剪重比调整及采用宽扁连梁等合理有效的措施解决,满足了该项目工程的规范安全适用、经济合理的要求。 Frame-shear wall structure is one of the common structural forms in industrial and civil buildings. This paper mainly discusses the main design process of frame-shear wall structure of a high-rise residential building and the difficulties such as the deficiency of Y direction stiffness of the structure、the relative smallness of bottom floor seismic shear force、the shear overlimit of short continuous beam encountered in the design process,and take reasonable and effective measures such as increasing the height of the connecting beam of the door wall in Y direction、minimum shear weight ratio adjustment、and adopting wide flat connecting beam to solve these design difficulties in order to meet the requirements of safety,applicability and economic rationality of the code.
