摘要
以福建省龙岩市某一住宅楼部分基础设计为案例,介绍了该高层建筑采用深基础或浅基础的设计比选过程,并分析了当基底下部土层在受力影响范围内存在土洞、溶洞及软弱下卧层等不良地质现象时,进行相应地基处理的设计过程,该基础设计实践表明:高层建筑物基础设计时,应统筹考虑基础的安全性、经济性、施工工期等因素;若采用地基处理或天然地基方案时,必须进行设计前的天然地基平板载荷试验,取得符合实际现状土层数据,以供设计进行精确计算分析。
Based on an apartment building in longyan city in Fujian province a part design as a case,introduces the design of high-rise building with deep or shallow foundation than choose process,work analysis when the base bottom soil exist within the scope of influence of the soil hole,karst cave and weak layer under the bad geological phenomenon,carries on the corresponding design process of foundation treatment,the design based on practice shows that the high-rise building foundation design,the basis should be comprehensively considered factors such as safety,economy and construction period;If the foundation treatment or natural foundation scheme is adopted,the load test of the natural foundation plate before the design must be carried out to obtain the soil layer data in accordance with the actual situation,so as to provide accurate calculation and analysis for the design.
