Mimics软件在牙槽突裂骨移植术前骨缺损量评估中的应用

Application of Mimics Calculating the Volume of Alveolar Cleft Defect before Surgery

目的 探讨Mimics软件在牙槽突裂术前骨缺损量评估中的应用价值。方法(1)选择单侧牙槽突裂患者10例为研究对象,其中男性6名,女性4名。在术前通过CBCT扫描获取患者上颌骨影像数据并导入Mimics软件,在该软件中测量并获得牙槽突裂隙体积。在术中通过注射器测量植入牙槽突裂隙中的骨粉体积,从而获取牙槽突裂隙的真实体积,并与术前测量结果对比分析。(2)统计Mimics20.0重建10名患者所花费的时间,检测上颌骨裂隙的体积与花费时间的相关性。结果 术前重建体积与术中实际应用骨粉体积有统计学相关性,Pearson相关性分析P<0.05,可以认为两者存在统计学相关性!;重建花费时间与术前重建体积无线性相关性,Pearson相关性分析P值为0.43,说明两者之间无统计学相关性;术前重建体积(1737.12±438.12),术中实际所用骨粉体积(1706.22±464.71),植入骨体积的准确性(98.21±1.25)%,重建花费时间为(39±2.58)。结论 Mimics软件在牙槽突裂骨移植术前骨缺损量评估具有精确性及便捷性。

Objective This study aimed to discuss the accuracy of the soft ware Mimics in calculating the volume of alveolar cleft defect before surgery. Methods Ten patients (4 female,6 male, age range 8-12 years) with unilateral alveolar cleft were enrolled in the study. Their image data were collected by CBCT scan and imported in the Mimics 20.0 software.The volume of the bone defect in alveolar cleft was calculated by Mimics 20.0 software.The real bone volumes transplanted during operation were measured by sterile syringes and were compared with preoperative CBCT data. The mean time spent to calculate an alveolar cleft defect volume was calculated. Results The mean volume of the alveolar cleft defect was 1 737.12±438.12. The real bone volumes of the alveolar cleft defect was(1 706.22±464.71). The mean time spent to calculate an alveolar cleft defect volume was 39±2.58 minutes. The accuracy of CBCT in predicting bone defect volume was (98.21 ± 1.25)%. Conclusion Surgeons can use this method to design a surgical plan for each patient before surgery within a short time, and with less cost. Using Mimics to calculate the volume of alveolar cleft defect before surgery is accurate, easy and convenient.
