摘要 目的 利用显微CT扫描法和MeVisLab医学图像处理软件研究上颌第1磨牙牙根表面积。方法 随机收集19颗中国人上颌第1磨牙进行显微CT扫描,利用MeVisLab软件建立图像处理框架并进行图像的分割和重建。计算全牙根表面积和颊侧、近中、远中根分叉层面根方的牙根表面积。使用SPSS软件包进行统计学分析。结果 上颌第1磨牙全牙根表面积为(449.25±66.02)mm2,颊侧、近中、远中根分叉层面根方的牙根表面积分别为(292.75±57.94)mm2、(299.77±59.09)mm2和(288.49±56.22)mm2,3组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 显微CT法结合MeVisLab软件包可以测量离体牙牙根表面积。 Obejective To study the root surface area of maxillary first molar by micro-CT and MeVisLab software. Methods Nineteen extracted Chinese maxillary first molars were randomly collected and scanned by micro-CT. An application framework of MeVisLab 2.6.1 software package was used for image segmentation and reconstruction. Root surface area, surface areas apical to the buccal, mesial and distal furcation layer were calculated,respectively. SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. Results Root surface area of the maxillary first molars was(449.25±66.02)mm2, surface areas apical to the buccal, mesial and distal furcation layer were(292.75±57.94)mm2,(299.77±59.09)mm2,(288.49±56.22)mm2, respectively (P>0.05). Conclusion Micro-CT scans and MeVisLab software are useful tools for root surface area assessment.
