Investigation and Analysis of 2 869 Contraceptive Cases of Women of Childbearing Age in Kunming

目的 调查昆明地区育龄妇女避孕现状及影响因素,为针对不同人群制定个体化计划生育服务措施提供依据。方法 采用匿名问卷调查方式,对2869名育龄妇女随机进行问卷调查,收集调查对象避孕情况及影响因素进行统计学分析。结果 已生育者选用宫内节育器人数53.58%;未生育组选用最多的避孕方法为安全套,占该组人数的42.19%。结论 大部分育龄期妇女均存在非意愿妊娠人工流产,而影响育龄期女性是否避孕的因素包括文化程度、避孕知识掌握程度、居住地区、婚姻状况。

Objective To investigate and understand the contraceptive status and influencing factors of women of childbearing age in Kunming area,and to provide the basis for formulating individual family planning service measures for different groups. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was adopted,then a random questionnaire survey was conducted among 2869 women of childbearing age. Their contraceptive status and the influencing factors were collected for statistical analysis. Results Trauterine device was the most widely used contraceptive method for married women with a child/children,53.58% of the married and having a child/children group;Condoms were the most widely used contraceptive method for nulliparas,occupying 42.19% of the nulliparas group. Factors that affected whether women of childbearing age had access to contraception included education, knowledge of contraception, living area and marital status. Conclusion Most women of childbearing age have unwanted induced abortion. Factors that affect whether women of childbearing age have access to contraception include education,knowledge of contraception,living area and marital status.
