妊娠期高血压综合征剖宫产产妇细菌群落结构变化

摘要 目的 妊娠会影响产妇肠道微生物的组成,非妊娠高血压与肠道微生物组成密切相关,探讨妊娠期高血压综合征对婴儿肠道内细菌群落结构的影响。方法 采用高通量测序技术对患有和未患有妊娠期高血压综合征剖宫产产妇的肠道、阴道及婴儿胎便样品中的细菌群落组成进行分析。结果 显示患有妊娠期高血压综合征产妇各个样品的细菌群落结构都发生了变化。其中,产妇肠道及阴道内细菌群落结构变化较为明显。结论 妊娠期高血压综合征对产妇自身肠道及阴道中细菌群落组成影响较大,特别是阴道样品,母亲患有妊娠期高血压综合征对其婴儿肠道内细菌群落结构几乎没有影响。 Objective Pregnancy affects the composition of maternal gut microbiota. Non-pregnancy hypertension is closely related to intestinal microbial composition. Methods This study used high-throughput sequencing technology for analysising the microbial community composition in gut, vagina and infant fetus. These samples were from the cesarean section women with and without Pregnancy-induced hypertension. Results The results showed that the microbial community structure of PIH maternal each sample had changed. Maternal intestinal and vaginal microbial community structure changes were more obvious.Conclusion Pregnancy-induced hypertension has a great influence on the composition of bacterial communities in the mother's own intestines and vagina, especially in vaginal samples. Pregnancy-induced hypertension in mothers has little effect on the bacterial community structure in the intestines of infants.
