摘要
解偶联蛋白2(UCP2)是核DNA编码的线粒体内膜阴离子转运体,隶属于解偶联蛋白家族,通过耗散线粒体内膜质子梯度发挥解偶联作用。近年的研究表明UCP2在高血压发病中起到保护作用,UCP2基因敲除或下调可导致高血压和心脑肾等靶器官损害,系统综述UCP2在高血压发病中的作用及其机制,以及UCP2作为治疗靶点的药物和膳食功能因子在降压方面发挥的作用。
Uncoupling protein 2(UCP2) is a nuclear DNA encoding inner mitochondrial membrane anion transporter that belongs to the uncoupling protein family. It plays an induce role of uncoupling through the dissipation of inner mitochondrial membrane proton gradient. Some recent studies have found that UCP2 plays a protective role in hypertension,and the down-regulated expression or deletion of the UCP2 gene could cause elevated blood pressure levels and the damage of target organs such as heart, brain and kidney. This review provided a solid foundation for understanding the pathogenesis of UCP2 in hypertension. Moreover,UCP2 plays a role of lower blood pressure when used as drugs and a dietary factor.
