摘要
为研究离子型聚合物乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(EMAA)和SBS对沥青及沥青混合料路用性能、自愈性能的影响,分别通过动态剪切流变(DSR)试验和弯曲梁流变(BBR)试验对EMAA/SBS复合改性沥青及沥青混合料的路用性能进行评价,采用自愈合延度试验和DSR疲劳-愈合-再疲劳试验研究复合改性沥青及沥青混合料的自愈性能.结果表明:相比于基质沥青、SBS改性沥青及其混合料,复合改性沥青及其混合料的高温稳定性、耐久性及自愈性能有了显著提升;复合改性沥青及其混合料的低温性能较之SBS改性沥青及其混合料有所降低,但仍满足规范中改性沥青的要求.
To investigate the effects of ionic polymer ethylene methacrylate(EMAA) and SBS on the pavement performance and self-healing property of asphalt and asphalt mixture, dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)and bending beam rheometer(BBR)tests were conducted for evaluating the pavement performance of EMAA/SBS compound modified asphalt. And then, the ductile and DSR tests before and after self-healing were conducted to assess the self-healing property of EMAA/SBS modified asphalt. The results show that compared with base and SBS modified asphalt and its asphalt mixture, the high temperature stability, the durability and self-healing property of compound modified asphalt and its mixture are increased significantly. The low temperature crack resistance of compound modified asphalt and its mixture is slightly inferior to SBS modified asphalt and its mixture, but still can meet the required specification.
