摘要
在室温下进行落锤实验测量了Ti13Nb13Zr在低速冲击条件下的能量吸收与损伤情况。通过使用的不同形状的冲头与改变冲击能量,确定这两个因素对实验结果的影响。结果表明,冲头的几何形状对于冲头位移和损伤情况有很大的影响,圆柱形冲头的峰值载荷最大,圆锥形冲头的冲头位移最大,损伤面积最小也更为集中。当冲头为圆柱形冲头冲击能量为30 J时,材料未被破坏,测得73%的能量被材料吸收。
The drop-weight test at room temperature measured the energy absorption and damage of Ti13Nb13 Zr under low-speed impact conditions.The effect on experimental results was observed by using different shapes of punches and changing the impact energy.The results show that the geometry of the punch has a great influence on the displacement and damage of the punch.The peak load of the cylindrical punch is the largest,the punch of the conical punch has the largest displacement,and the damage area is the smallest and more concentrated.When the impact energy of the cylindrical punch is 30 J,the material is not destroyed,and 73%of the energy is absorbed by the material.
