摘要 微电网作为未来智能电网发展的基石,其进步对清洁能源消纳乃至整个电力行业低碳化发展都有着重大的意义。紧密贴合当前环境下微电网发展的态势,根据示范性项目运行目标,从保障能源供电,提高清洁能源消纳和提高电能质量三方面着手,构建微电网综合评价指标体系。同时设计提出了一种主客观结合的综合评价方法,该方法首先简化了环比评分法的相应步骤,使得专家能够依据相应微电网情况灵活迅速调整主观权重,为了充分体现客观数据间的离散性与关联性,又选用改进CRITIC赋权法赋予指标相应的客观权重,并将其与主观权重结合为综合变权。最后,根据某高校微电网示范项目实际运行数据,进行了算例分析,验证了评价指标体系的合理性及评价方法的可操作性。 As the cornerstone of the future development of smart grid,micro-grid has great significance for the clean energy consumption and the low-carbon development of the entire power industry.Fiting the development trend of microgrid in the current environment,according to the demonstration project operation target,the microgrid comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed,which starts from the aspects of ensuring energy supply,improving clean energy consumption and improving power quality.At the same time,a comprehensive evaluation method combining subjective and objective design was proposed.This method first simplifies the corresponding steps of the ring ratio scoring method,enabling experts to flexibly and quickly adjust subjective weights according to the corresponding microgrid conditions.In order to fully reflect the discreteness and relevance between objective data,the improved CRITIC weighting method is used to assign the corresponding objective weights to the indicators,and combine them with subjective weights into comprehensive variable weights.Based on the actual operation data of a micro-grid demonstration project in a university,a case study was carried out to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system and the operability of the evaluation method.
