摘要
环境保护和可持续发展问题是理论界关注的热点,员工绿色行为被认为是缓解该问题的重要微观活动,其相关探讨已越来越受到重视,但其研究成果仍相对零散。在系统梳理员工绿色行为的概念来源、内涵、维度划分及测量基础上,结合相关理论视角,总结了员工绿色行为的前因后果作用机制及其权变因素,据此建立了员工绿色行为的因果关系网模型,最后提出了该领域未来研究的四个方向,即重视探讨中国社会文化情境特质对员工绿色行为的前置影响、加强分析员工绿色行为形成的中介作用过程、丰富对员工绿色行为的结果变量研究以及发展团队层面员工绿色行为的概念内容及其因果关系理论,以期为推动员工绿色行为理论的进一步发展提供参考。
The issue of environmental protection and sustainable development is a hot topic in the academia.Employee green behavior is regarded as an important micro-activity to resolve theabove issue,the relevant research of which has been paid more and more attention by scholars,while the research achievements of which are still relatively scattered.On the basis of systematically reviewing the origin of the concept,connotation,types and measurements of employee green behavior,as well as integrating relevant theoretical perspectives,we summarizedthe mechanism of the causes and the outcomes of employee green behavior and their contingentfactors,thus we established the nomological network model of employee green behavior in this paper.Finally,four directions for future studies are proposed to provide as basis and reference for further developments of employee green behavior research,including strengthening the investigations of China′s social and cultural contextual characteristics as potential antecedents of employee green behavior,and enhancing the analysis of mediating mechanisms of employee green behavior formation,enriching the research on outcomes of employee green behavior,and developing the concept and causal theory of team green behavior at workplace.
