对小动物来说,股骨骨折是一种最常见的外科疾病,在宠物临床上,股骨骨折发病率很高.本文介绍黑龙江八一农垦大学动物医院接收的一例美国短毛猫左侧股骨远端骨折的诊治方法.对其临床检查、实验室血常规、生化检查及X线检查最终确诊患猫为骨折.经过治疗后患猫预后良好.文章将其进行归纳总结,为今后猫股骨远端骨折的诊治提供良好的依据.

Femoral fracture is one of the most common surgical diseases for small animals. There is high incidence of femoral fracture in small animals. This article introduces the method of diagnosis and treatment for one case of distal femoral fracture in the American Shorthair from Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University Animal Hospital. By the description of clinical examination, clinical testing, laboratory tests, surgery and treatment procedures, we try to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
