摘要
高校青年教师在现代教学工作中占据重要地位,教师利用自身知识以及教学经验完成课堂教学工作,实现知识从教师向学生的转移。因此,高校教师提升教学质量需要从自身教学经验以及职业素养出发,采取一定教学改革措施,面对学生个体差异因材施教,亦可借助教学设备等帮助学生理解和应用知识。论文从高校青年教师的职业素养、专业知识以及课堂教学形式等方面开展研究,分析提升青年教师教学质量的有效措施。
The young teachers in colleges and universities play an important role in modern teaching. Teachers use their knowledge and teaching experience to complete classroom teaching work and realize the transfer of knowledge from teachers to students. Therefore,in order to improve teaching quality,college teachers need to take some measures of teaching reform from their own teaching experience and professional accomplishment,to teach students in accordance with their aptitude in the face of individual differences,and to help students understand and apply knowledge by means of teaching equipment. This paper studies the professional quality,professional knowledge and classroom teaching form of young teachers in colleges and universities,and analyzes the effective measures to improve the teaching quality of young teachers.
