重庆工贸职业技术学院的服装与服饰设计专业积极探索和推进教学模式改革,创建了“工读结合、师徒教学”的人才培养模式,注重培养学生的职业道德和职业技能,具有实际意义和推广价值。因此,论文对“工读结合、师徒教学”的人才培养模式进行了阐述,以期对相关教学工作有所助益。

The costumes and clothing design major of Chongqing Industry & Trade Polytechnic actively explores and promotes the reform of teaching mode,establishes the talent training mode of "combination of work and study,teacher-pupil teaching",pays attention to the cultivation of students' professional ethics and skills,which has practical significance and promotion value. Therefore,the paper expounds the personnel training mode of "combination of work and study,teacher-pupil teaching",so as to be helpful to the relevant teaching work.
