Investigation and Research on the Employment of Sports Dance Students in Education in the New Era

大学毕业生的就业现状深深影响着社会人力资源的有效分配,并且也直接影响了在校就读大学生的学习积极性和主动性。与其他专业毕业生相比,舞蹈学专业本科毕业生的就业范围相对较窄,就业压力大,舞蹈学专业学生就业现状不容乐观。通过研究变化的就业形势改变学生的就业观念,解决学生的就业问题,实现高质量资源合理用于社会发展是目前各高校迫切需要解决的重要难题。论文就当前体育舞蹈专业学生的就业情况进行了研究和分析。

The employment status of college graduates has a profound impact on the effective distribution of social human resources,and also directly affects the enthusiasm and initiative of college students. Compared with graduates of other majors,the employment scope of undergraduates majoring in dance is relatively narrow,and the employment pressure is high. The employment status of students majoring in dance is not optimistic. By studying the changing employment status,changing students' employment concepts,solving students' employment problems,and realizing the rational use of high-quality resources for social development are important problems that need to be solved urgently in colleges and universities. This paper studies and analyzes the current employment status of status majoring in sports dance.
