关于不规则零件的数控机床加工工艺分析 被引量:4

摘要 随着科学技术的不断发展,数控机床加工工艺也正在不断提升,零件的生产主要依靠数控机床,这也就说明数控机床加工工艺水平对于零件质量影响非常大,能够很好地提升零件质量,保证工作效率。当数控机床在对其不规则零件进行加工时涉及方面较多,只有全面保证参数准确,才能够让不规则零件加工顺利进行。论文主要先说明加工刀具的选择,然后说出切削用量的选择、夹具设计,明确基准和工件装夹,最后说明加工轮架的注意事项。 With the continuous development of science and technology,the processing technology of CNC machine tools is also constantly improving. The production of parts mainly relies on CNC machine tools. This means that the machining level of CNC machine tools has a great influence on the quality of parts,it can improve the quality of parts and ensure work efficiency. When CNC machine tools are used to process irregular parts,there are many aspects involved. Only when the parameters are fully guaranteed,the irregular parts can be processed smoothly. The paper mainly describes the choice of machining tools,and then analyzes the choice of cutting parameters,fixture design,clears the benchmark and workpiece clamping,finally illustrates the processing wheel frame matters needing attention.
