摘要
斜卡水电站地处3100m雪域高原,由于环境温度低,冬季帷幕灌浆施工过程中,常规射浆管受环境温度影响,容易破损、发生脆性断裂,其盘状弯曲时难以安设至孔底,灌浆后扫孔难度大。为了确保深孔帷幕灌浆质量,论文提出需要对射浆管材料及其工艺进行优化、改进,以满足低温环境帷幕灌浆射浆管安装工艺要求。
XieKa Hydropower Station is located in a 3100m snowy plateau. Due to the low ambient temperature,during the curtain grouting construction in winter,the conventional shotcrete pipe is easily damaged and brittle fracture due to the influence of ambient temperature. It is difficult to install it to the bottom of the hole when it is bent in a disc shape,and it is difficult to sweep the hole after grouting. In order to ensure the quality of deep hole curtain grouting,the paper puts forward that it is necessary to optimize and improve the shotcrete pipe material and technology,so as to meet the requirements of installation technology of curtain grouting shotcrete pipe in a low-temperature environment.
