变电站地面道路裂纹检测算法和应用研究

摘要 我国地面裂纹检测主要依靠工作人员手工识别,具有时间长、劳动量大、检测不精确的缺点.为此开发了道路图像裂纹检测算法,主要分为四个步骤:图像分割、光照补偿、裂纹提取和裂纹识别.目前该算法能够对输入图像进行批量裂纹检测,并导出检测结果.利用该算法通过对浙江省交通投资集团提供的1000张图像进行检测,结果表明该检测算法对于所有裂纹来说,误检率为0.25,漏检率为0.04,f1数为0.842. Ground crack detection in China mainly relies on manual identification by workers,which has the shortcomings of long time,large workload and inaccurate detection.Therefore,this paper develops a road image crack detection algorithm,which is divided into four steps:image segmentation,illumination compensation,crack extraction and crack recognition.At present,the algorithm can detect the batch cracks in the input image and derive the detection results.The algorithm is used to detect 1000 images provided by Zhejiang Transportation Investment Group.The results show that the false detection rate is 0.25,the false detection rate is 0.04,and the f1 number is 0.842.
