资源配置比较视野下江西省中医类医院发展思路探析

Analysis on TCM Hospital Development in Jiangxi Province from the Perspective of Resource Allocation Comparison

当前,中医药发展进入新的机遇期,而中医医院在中医药发展中具有无法替代的作用。江西省中医药历史底蕴深厚、产业优势明显,但是与广东等省份相比,中医医院发展仍然存在缺乏吸引力、服务能力欠缺等问题,为此,文章提出相关对应建议。在人民需求日渐增长,市场竞争逐渐激烈的环境下,如何通过医院管理模式的创新,顺应中医发展热潮,找到适合中医医院发展的新路径对于中医医院来说也具有重要意义。

At present,TCM development has entered a new opportunity period,and TCM hospitals play an irreplaceable role in the development of traditional Chinese Medicine.However,compared with Guangdong and other provinces,the development of TCM hospitals in Jiangxi province still has some problems,such as the lack of attraction and service capacity.Therefore,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions.In the environment of increasing people’s demand and the increasingly fierce market competition,how to adapt to the upsurge of TCM development through the innovation of hospital management mode and find a new path suitable for the development of TCM hospitals is also of great significance for TCM hospitals.
