摘要
在德尔菲专家咨询法的基础上,借鉴平衡记分卡考核的原理和思想,建立多维度的临床路径指标评价体系,在指标评价体系的基础上制定相应的绩效考核方案,通过计算权重系数和赋值,计算各科室的临床路径工作的综合分,实现临床路径管理的绩效管理。
With Delphi expert consultation method,on the basis of reference to the principle of the balanced scorecard assessment and thoughts,a multi-dimensional clinical path index evaluation system has been established,performance appraisal scheme been set up on the basis of index evaluation system.comprehensive points of various departments of clinical pathway work are calculated with weight coefficient and assignment,and the performance management in clinical pathway management is realized.
