苁蓉精颗粒辅助西药治疗帕金森病的疗效观察

Observation on the Effects of Congrongjing Granules and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Parkinson′s Disease

目的 观察苁蓉精颗粒对帕金森病(PD)病人西药剂量、生活质量、临床症状的影响。方法 选取36例接受苁蓉精颗粒辅助西药治疗的帕金森病病人,记录治疗前和治疗12周后西药剂量、帕金森病生活质量量表(PDQ-39)评分、帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评价总分及分项Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ积分,检测血尿便常规、肝肾功能、心电图以及观察用药安全性。结果 36例病人完成12周治疗后,UPDRS量表分项Ⅳ积分为[治疗前(5.57±5.35)分,治疗后(4.57±5.06)分]、PDQ-39评分为[治疗前(46.29±23.91)分,治疗后(40.43±22.20)分];西药剂量为[治疗前(413.21±372.12)mg/d,治疗后(379.15±368.61)mg/d],均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗期间,共出现不良反应4例,停用苁蓉精颗粒后症状皆减轻至消失。与治疗前比较,所有病人的血、尿、粪常规,肝功能、肾功能、心电图检查差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 苁蓉精颗粒辅助西药治疗帕金森病病人疗效与安全性较好,可减少帕金森病病人的西药剂量及副作用,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects of Congrongjing granules (CRJG) on the western medicine dosage,quality of life,and clinical symptoms in patients with Parkinson′s disease (PD). Methods Forty patients with PD were treated with CRJG and western medicine.The dosage of western medicine dosage,Parkinson Disease Question-39 (PDQ-39) score,scores of Unified Parkinson′s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) and item Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ integral were observed before treat ment and after treat ment12 weeks.The blood,urine,and stool routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram (ECG) were tested,and the medication safety was observed. Results Thirty-six patients completed the treatment for12 weeks.Compared with data before treatment,the scores of UPDRS scale item Ⅳ[(4.57±5.06) vs(5.57±5.35)],PDQ-39 [(40.43±22.20) vs (46.29±23.91)],and the dose of western medicine [(379.15±368.61)mg/d vs (413.21±372.12)mg/d] were decreased significantly after treatment ( P <0.05).During the treatment,there were4 cases of adverse reactions.The symptoms were alleviated or disappeared after stopping the administration of CRJG.Compared with data before treatment,the blood,urine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,and ECG after treatment were not significantly changed in all patients ( P >0.05). Conclusion CRJG can reduce the dose and side effects of western medicine and improve the quality of life in patients with PD.Its efficacy and safety is better.
