中国贫困治理的成就是“中国经验”的重要组成部分,是中国政治制度优势的突出表现。孙兆霞教授等人的著作《政治制度优势与贫困治理》,分析了党建扶贫和社会建设在贫困治理中的具体做法和成效,这对理解中国的贫困治理极具启发性。难能可贵的是,该书尽管肯定了贫困治理机制的正面作用,却不乏批判意识。当前,没有哪一项政策像精准扶贫一样,如此深刻的展示了各项政治制度在社会治理领域中的作用,而孙著恰好是讨论这一议题的绝好切口。

Chinese experience is appearing on the international stage as a model of poverty governance, which is in fact a reflection of the advantages of Chinese political institution.“Advantages of Political Institution and Poverty Governance” authored by Professor Sun Zhaoxia et al. analyzes Communist Party of China’s role in China’s poverty reduction, asserting its overall support in benefiting the once-poor Chinese farmers as well as its contribution of Chinese wisdom to poverty alleviation for the international community. This book does point out some problems in the ongoing Chinese poverty reduction project while acknowledging its progress already achieved.
