摘要
设计了一种电机振动信号采集检测系统,通过传感器将位移信号转换为电流信号,将电流信号转换为±4 V电压信号;并采用MAX295作为低通滤波器,滤除采集系统的高频分量;AD7606芯片将采集到的数据传给主控芯片STM32F429,并设计了系统软件。STM32可通过输出脉宽调制(PWM)波控制AD7606的采样频率,软件实现了数据的实时传输与保存,以及信号频谱与相关参数在屏幕上的实时显示。测试结果表明:设计的采集系统具有实时、可靠的优点,能够有效测量电机振动信号。
A motor vibration signal acquisition and detection system is designed.The displacement signal is transformed into current signal by the sensor,convert current signal into ±4 V voltage signal.And the MAX295 is used as a low-pass filter to filter out the high-frequency component of the acquisition system.AD7606 chip transmits the collected data to main control chip STM32F429.And the system software is designed.The output pulse width modulation(PWM)wave of STM32 can control the sampling frequency of AD7606. Software not only realizes the real-time transmission and storage of data but also realizes the real-time display of signal spectrum and related parameters on the screen.Test result shows that the acquisition system is real-time and reliable.
