B超定位体外冲击波碎石术前辅助应用托拉塞米治疗输尿管结石的效果观察

Effect Observation of Auxiliary Application of Torasemide in the Treatment of Ureteral Calculi before Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy with B-Ultrasound

目的观察在输尿管结石B超定位下体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)术前辅助应用托拉塞米临床疗效。方法将50例输尿管结石需ESWL的患者按随机数字法随机分成两组,实验组25例,空白组25例。实验组体外碎石术前4 h口服10mg托拉塞米片。术中记录B超定位结石时间,术后观察2 w。结果实验组结石排净率88%,空白组结石排净率60%;B超定位时间,实验组:(6. 40±0. 87) min,空白组:(10. 72±3. 01) min;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论输尿管结石ESWL术前使用托拉塞米治疗能缩短定位时间、提高结石排净率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of torasemide adjuvant therapy before extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy( ESWL) with B-ultrasound location in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 50 patients with ureteral calculi requiring ESWL were randomly divided into two groups according to random number method,25 in the experimental group and 25 in the blank group.The experimental group received 10 mg of torsemide tablets at 4 h before the extracorporeal lithotripsy. Time spent in locating calculi by B-ultrasound was recorded during the operation and patients were observed for 2 weeks after surgery. Results The stone clearance rate in the experimental group was 88%,while that of the blank group was 60%,the time spent in locating calculi by B-ultrasound in the experiment group was( 6. 40±0. 87) minutes,while that of the blank group was( 10. 72±3. 01) minutes,with statistically significant difference( P<0. 05). Conclusion Auxiliary application of torsemide before ESWL in the treatment of ureteral calculi can shorten locating time and increase lithagogue rate.
