摘要
目的调查某三甲医院护理工作环境现状,为改善护士工作环境提供方向和依据。方法运用《护士工作环境测评量表》,选取该院1023名护士进行调查。结果护理工作环境总评分为(77. 72±23. 22),其中"护士参与医院事务管理"这一维度得分最低为(66. 13±31. 18),其次是"薪酬待遇和社会地位"为(71. 06±28. 89),这两者成为该院面临的最大挑战。结论管理层应转变管理理念,提升护理领导力,优化绩效管理,多途径规划护士职业发展路径,提升专业价值,改善护士工作环境。
Objective To investigate the present situation of nurses’ working environment in Grade-Three Class A Hospital and provide the direction and basis for improving their working environment. Methods 1023 nurses in this hospital were investigated with the Nurses Working Environment Scale. Results The total score of nurses’ working environment in our hospital was( 77. 72 ±23. 22),in which the score of"nurses participating in hospital affairs"was the lowest( 66. 13±31. 18),followed by"salary and social status"( 71. 06±28. 89),which became the biggest challenge to this hospital. Conclusions The management concept should be changed to improve the nursing leadership,optimize the performance management,plan the career development path of nurses in many ways,enhance the professional value,and improve the working environment of nurses continuously.
