无缝隙个性化健康教育结合心理干预对海扶超声刀治疗子宫肌瘤患者的影响

The Effect of Seamless Individualized Health Education Combined with Psychological Intervention on Haifu′s Treatment of Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的:探讨无缝隙个性化健康教育结合心理干预对海扶超声刀治疗子宫肌瘤患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年1月1日~2019年5月31日行海扶超声刀治疗的143例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间分为研究组72例和对照组71例,两组均行海扶超声刀治疗,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上采用无缝隙个性化健康教育结合心理干预;比较两组健康教育内容掌握率、心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及护理满意度[采用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)]。结果:研究组健康教育内容掌握率及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:无缝隙个性化健康教育结合心理干预,可有效改善海扶治疗子宫肌瘤患者心理状态,同时提高患者健康教育掌握程度和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of seamless individualized health education combined with psychological intervention on psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients with uterine fibroids treated by Haifu Ultrasonic Scalpel.Methods:From January 1,2018 to May 31,2019,143 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing Haifu′s treatment were selected as the research objects according to admission time.They were divided into research group with 72 cases and control group with 71 cases.The two groups were treated by Haifu ultrasonic scalpel treatment.The control group used conventional care,and the research group adopted seamless individualized health education combined with psychological intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.Health education content mastery rate,psychological state(SAS,SDS)and nursing satisfaction(NSNS)were compared between the two groups.Results:The health education content mastery rate and nursing satisfaction in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The SAS and SDS scores of the research group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Seamless individualized health education combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with uterine fibroids treated by Haifu,and increase the degree of health education and nursing satisfaction of patients.
