阶段性健康教育联合饮食干预对高血压脑出血患者希望水平、认知水平及生活质量的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Staged Health Education Combined with Dietary Intervention on Hope Level,Cognition Level and Quality of life in Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 目的:探讨阶段性健康教育联合饮食干预对高血压脑出血(HICH)患者希望水平、认知水平及生活质量的影响。方法:将2016年1月1日~2018年12月31日收治的90例HICH患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组接受阶段性健康教育和饮食干预,对照组仅接受饮食干预;比较两组干预前后希望水平[采用患者赫氏希望量表(HHI)]、认知水平[采用简易智能精神检查量表(MMSE)]、心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及生活质量[采用脑卒中影响量表(SIS310)]。结果:干预后,两组HHI、MMSE、SIS310评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:阶段性健康教育联合饮食干预能有效提升高血压脑出血患者希望、认知水平,改善患者生活质量。 Objective:To explore the effects of staged health education combined with diet intervention on the hope level,cognitive level and quality of life of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:According to the random number table,90 HICH patients admitted from January 1,2016 to December 31,2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 patients each.The observation group received staged health education and dietary intervention,while the control group received dietary intervention only.The hope level(HHI),cognitive level(MMSE),mental state(SAS,SDS)and quality of life(SIS310)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,HHI,MMSE and SIS310 scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Staged health education combined with diet intervention can effectively improve the hope and cognitive level of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and enhance their quality of life.
