京津冀协同发展背景下“石家庄市—衡水市”城市链发展构想

京津冀协同发展背景下在以石家庄市为核心构建京津冀城市体系“第三极”过程中,“石家庄市—衡水市”城市链需要得到重视,依托该条城市链可以将石家庄市与济南市连接在一起,衡水市成为石家庄市与济南市间联系的节点。“石家庄市—衡水市”城市链是一条复合城市链,由北链、中北链、中南链、南链等四条城市链组成,在石家庄市、深泽县、衡水市和宁晋县构成的四边形的中央区域内构建中心城镇环,形成“中心环+三角形+一链+一带”构架的中部连接带,将晋州市南端、辛集市西端、宁晋县北端、赵县东端、藁城区东端整合在一起,以“深泽县—宁晋县”城市链为公共边建构“石深宁”三角形和“衡深宁”三角形,在两个三角形的中心分别形成“K芯”构架和“X芯”构架,使得三角形的中心与三边得到协同发展。

The two triangles of Shi-Shen-Ning triangle and Heng-Shen-Ning triangle can be formed taking “Shenze county-Ningjin county” as the public lateral chain, in the center of the two triangles “K” structure and “X” core structure should be formed respectively, achieving the coordinated development between the center of the triangle and the three lateral chian.
