Collection and transport of unorganized VOCs in the pesticide industry

本文介绍农药企业无组织VOCs的产生点位、收集及输送过程中存在的问题。针对物料储存、装卸及转运过程、生产工艺过程、废水集输和处理过程、固废液储存系统等分别提出了相应的收集措施以及针对废气输送提出了相应的控制措施。

This paper introduces the location of unorganized VOCs in pesticide companies and the problems in collection and delivery. Then corresponding collection measures were proposed for material storage, handling and transfer processes, production processes, wastewater collection and treatment processes, solid waste liquid storage systems, etc., and corresponding control measures were proposed for exhaust gas transportation.
