基于循环流化半干法的烟气脱硫除尘、脱硝超洁净排放环保技术应用

摘要 工业大型燃煤锅炉烟气湿法超洁净技术在国内应用较为广泛,但高氯废水处置成本高、烟囱水汽、微细烟尘拖尾影响视觉感观的弱点也确实存在。中国石油独山子石化六台220t/h高压自然循环煤粉炉循环流化半干法脱硫、除尘装置自2009年投入实际应用运行,至2016年已不能满足超低排放要求。2016年至2019年实施基于半干法脱硫脱硝技术的超低排放提标改造,改造效果达到预期超洁净指标要求。为非电行业循环流化半干法超洁净技术的推广应用树立了典范。 The industrial super-clean technology of large-scale coal-fired boiler flue gas is widely used in China. However, the high cost of high-chlorine wastewater treatment, the weakness of chimney water vapor and fine soot tailing, and the visual perception are also present. China Petroleum Dushanzi Petrochemical Liutai 220t/ h high-pressure natural circulation pulverized coal boiler circulating fluidized semi-dry desulfurization and dedusting device has been put into practical operation since 2009, and it has not been able to meet the ultra-low emission requirements in 2016. From 2016 to 2019, the ultra-low emission standardization reform based on semi-dry desulfurization and denitration technology was implemented, and the transformation effect reached the expected ultra-cleanness requirements. It has set a good example for the promotion and application of circulating fluidized semi-dry super clean technology in non-electrical industry.
