摘要
实验室在监测污水过程中出现氨氮含量高于总氮含量的情况,本文针对此情况,结合环境监测工作实际,通过对总氮的消解过程、实验室环境、水样存放时间、试剂配制控制等几个方面对实验结果产生的影响进行了分析研究,并对这些干扰因素的消除进行了讨论,为氨氮和总氮监测过程中的准确性提供了参考。
In the process of laboratory monitoring and analysis, there exist a phenomenon that ammonia nitrogen content is higher than total nitrogen content. In this case, combined with the actual work of environmental monitoring, this paper analyzes and studies the influence of total nitrogen digestion process, laboratory environment, water sample storage time, reagent preparation control and other aspects on the experimental results, and discusses the elimination of these interfering factors, which provides a reference for the accuracy of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen monitoring.
