关于废矿物油精馏处理改造方案分析

Analysis on the reformation plan of waste mineral oil rectification treatment

废矿物油是由多种物质组成的复杂混合物,主要成分有C15-C36的烷烃、多环芳烃(PAHs)、烯烃、苯系物、酚类等。目前市场上作为危废的废矿物油(危废代码:HW08),成分、来源比较复杂,有废润滑油、乳化液、各种废的油水混合物等等,各组分含量波动大,水分含量高,同时还夹杂有各种固体杂质,比如金属杂质、沙等。精馏塔也是石油化工生产中应用极为广泛的一种传质传热装置,本文针对精馏装置处理成份复杂的废矿物油缺陷进行了简要介绍,并对改造方案进行了分析研究。

Waste mineral oil is a complex mixture of various substances.The main components are C15-C36 alkanes,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), olefins,benzene series,phenols and so on.At present,as a waste mineral oil (hazardous waste code: HW08) on the market,the composition and source are relatively complicated,there are waste lubricating oil,emulsion,various waste oil-water mixture, etc.,the content of each component fluctuates greatly,and the moisture content High,but also mixed with various solid impurities,such as metal impurities,sand and so on.The distillation tower is also a kind of mass transfer heat transfer device widely used in petrochemical production.This paper briefly introduces the defects of waste mineral oil with complex composition in the distillation unit,and analyzes the transformation scheme.
