This paper expounds the significance of the innovative sustainable development mechanism of rural safe water, and proposes the main measures to innovate the safe water management in Poyang Lake area. It aims to ensure the safety of rural water and promote sustainable development by strengthening management. Ecological protection has become a global hotspot, and research on ecological environmental protection issues is worth exploring to inspire us to pay attention to the ecological problems brought about by the modernization process and promote ecological protection behavior. Strengthening ecological protection awareness and improving laws and regulations is conducive to the improvement of the awareness of ecological protection of the rule of law and is conducive to the construction of ecological environment.
