广东食品药品职业学院顺应社会对人才培养的需求,开展药品经营与管理专业现代学徒制人才培养模式实践,合作企业员工学历提升需求大,内部培训体系完整,根据岗位技能确定双课程体系,校企共建共管双导师团队,为现代学徒制人才培养模式的发展积累了一定的经验。

The Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College is in line with the society's demand for talent training,and carring out the practice of modern apprenticeship training mode for pharmaceutical management and administration.The employees of the cooperative enterprise have higher academic qualifications,the internal training system is complete,and the dual curriculum system is determined according to the post technical abilities.The school and enterprise jointly build a team of dual tutors for the modern apprenticeship.These accumulated a certain amount of experience for the development of modern apprenticeship training mode.
