目前,我国经济已经进入"三期叠加"的新常态,过去注重"量"的粗放式经济增长方式已不再可行,应该转向注重"质"的集约式经济增长方式。任何一个国家或地区想要获得可持续的发展,必须走绿色发展的道路。绿色经济发展是经济可持续发展的根本要义。我国各省绿色经济发展水平各有差异,同时东、中、西三大区域的绿色经济发展也存在较大差别,无论是各省份还是各区域,均有其自己的优势和劣势。

At present,China's economy has entered the new normal of "three-stage superposition".The extensive economic growth mode that used to focus on "quantity" is no longer feasible.We should shift to the intensive economic growth mode that focuses on "quality".If any country or region wants to achieve sustainable development,it must follow the path of green development.Green economic development is the fundamental meaning of sustainable economic development.There are differences in the level of green economy development among provinces in China,and there are also big differences in the development of green economy among the three regions of the east,the middle and the west.Each province or region has its own advantages and disadvantages.
