随着部队现代化建设的不断深入,无人机已成为未来作战系统中进行战场侦察、监视、攻击不可或缺的作战装备,飞行控制士官队伍作为无人机操控员在未来战争中发挥着不可替代的作用。为使人才培养途径更贴近岗位需求,从文化知识和专业技能、操控训练、心理素质训练三个方面探讨了飞行控制士官专业的人才培养方法。

With the deepening of modernization of the army, UAV has become an indispensable combat equipment for battlefield reconnaissance, surveillance and attack in the future combat system. As UAV operators, the flight control sergeant team plays an irreplaceable role in future wars. In order to make the training approach more close to the job demand, this paper discusses the talent training methods of flight control sergeant from three aspects: cultural knowledge and professional skills, control training and psychological quality training.
