车辆工程专业卓越工程师教育培养计划下教学质量保障和评价体系研究

Research on the Teaching Quality Guarantee and Evaluation System under the Training Plan of Excellent Engineer in Vehicle Engineering

围绕教育部"卓越工程师教育培养计划"要点和要求,结合已制订的《福州大学车辆工程专业卓越工程师人才培养方案》,以及当前教育部提出的专业认证中关于人才培养方案的要求,从培养目标、教学计划和企业培养方案等角度,探析如何构建具有福州大学车辆工程专业特色的卓越工程师人才培养教学质量(特别是与企业相关的教学质量)保障及其评价的新体系,推动学校与企业开展实质有效的合作,为海峡西岸经济区和国家经济建设培养车辆工程专业领域的高层次、创新型工程技术人才。

Focusing on the key points and requirements of the "Training Plan for Excellent Engineers" of the ministry of education, combined with the "Training Plan for Excellent Engineers in Vehicle Specialty of Fuzhou University" which has been formulated, and the requirements of the training plan in the professional certification proposed by the ministry of education at present. From the perspectives of training objectives, training standards, teaching plans and enterprise training programs, this paper explores how to construct the teaching quality of excellent engineering with the characteristics of vehicle specialty of Fuzhou University, especially the new system of teaching quality assurance and evaluation related to enterprises. Promote substantial and effective cooperation between schools and enterprises, and train high-level and innovative engineering and technical personnel in the field of vehicle specialty for the economic zone on the west side of the straits and the national economic construction.
