岭南建筑元素在现代餐饮建筑设计中的应用——以广州大鸽饭（岭南家院）为例

岭南建筑作为岭南文化的重要载体,更是岭南文化的精髓。在现代餐饮建筑中融入岭南建筑元素,古为今用、中西合璧,不仅可以使岭南文化得以传承,更能实现现代餐饮建筑设计的创新发展。本文以岭南建筑元素为研究方向,以广州大鸽饭餐饮建筑设计为例,通过对建筑外立面、室内空间表现等方面的分析来诠释岭南建筑元素在现代餐饮建筑中的运用。

As an important carrier of lingnan culture,lingnan architecture is the essence of lingnan culture.Integrating lingnan architectural elements into modern catering architecture,making the past serve the present and combining Chinese and western elements,can not only make lingnan culture inherited,but also realize innovative development of modern catering architecture design.This paper takes lingnan architectural elements as the research direction and takes guangzhou pigeon rice catering architecture design as an example to interpret the application of lingnan architectural elements in modern catering architecture through the analysis of building facade and interior space performance.
