城市轨道交通走廊带分级与出行特征相关性 被引量:6

Correlation Between Occupational Density Classification and Residents’ Travel Characteristics in Orbital Corridors

摘要 城市近郊和远郊区轨道交通网络延伸规划实施中出现了郊区轨道交通车站职住聚集能力不足、分布欠合理的现象,难以实现轨道交通与区域发展共赢。从轨道交通走廊带的人口及就业岗位集聚分布入手,将轨道交通走廊带分为低、中低、中高和高密度四级。利用居民出行调查数据分析位于不同级别走廊带内外的居民出行特征差异。结果表明:高密度走廊带出行距离、交通结构合理性、轨道交通走廊带车站客流密度指标明显优于其他三个密度级别走廊带;中高密度走廊带与中低密度走廊带各项出行特征指标差异不大。建立公共交通与小汽车方式之间的效用差模型,得到出行起迄点一端或两端在走廊带、所属走廊带职住密度等级是影响机动化交通结构的重要因素。 In the process to extend rail transit network to adjacent suburb and remote suburb, it was found that suburban rail transit stations have insufficient capacity to agglomerate residents and jobs, the distribution is not reasonable, and it is difficult to achieve a win-win situation between rail transit and regional development. Based on the distribution of population and employment along rail transit corridors, the paper divided these corridors to four levels: low, medium low, medium high, and high by job-housing densities.Using the travel data collected from 114 residential areas, the differences in residents’ travel characteristics in corridors with different density levels are analyzed. The results show that the indicators of travel distances, mode split and passenger flow density in high-density corridors are obviously better than the other three types of corridors. The medium-high-density corridor and the medium-low-density corridor have little difference in various travel characteristics. Through developing a utility difference model of the public transit and car, the result shows that the job-housing density of the corridor are important factors for mode split of motorized trips with one end or both ends along the rail transit corridor.
