5G时代新量纲计费模式探讨研究

摘要 随着移动通信技术的演进,通信产品形态越来越丰富,计费形式也随之多元化。文章在介绍5G技术三大典型应用场景的基础上,对5G时代运营商角色的转变和新量纲的诞生做出了论述,并详细分析了国际标杆运营商在5G新量纲计费上的案例。同时,文章对多量纲计费模式带来的挑战进行了讨论,并对我国运营商探索实行5G多量纲计费提出了建议。 With the developments of the technology,the forms of industrial telecommunication products and related billing standards are more and more varied.This paper states telecom operators’and related standards’changes with introducing three classical scenarios of 5G technologies.It also analyzes international benchmarking-telecom operators’billing standards in advances.In the end,the paper discusses challenges of multi-dimensions’billing standards and give advices of how to implement 5G multi-dimensions’billing standards of China.
