应用型高校面点工匠精神的培育探索

摘要 工匠精神在中国传统制造、教育等行业中备受推崇,是中国烹饪薪火传承的动因。由于受到西学东渐以及浮躁社会心理等因素的影响,中国传统面点工匠精神的传承逐渐被忽视。新时代面点工匠精神的培育在应用型高校显得尤为重要,可从加强教师人才队伍建设、优化课程设计、改善实验实训条件、加强校企合作培养等方面入手。 The spirit of craftsmanship is highly regarded in the traditional manufacturing and education industries in China, and it is the continuation of the inheritance of Chinese cooking. However, due to the influence of Western learning and impetuous social psychology, the inheritance of Chinese traditional pastry artisan spirit has gradually been neglected. In the new era, the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit is particularly important in applied colleges. It can be started from strengthening the construction of teachers’ talents, optimizing curriculum design, improving experimental training conditions, and strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises.
