摘要
本文概括了小根蒜的分布、倍性、营养成分和药用成分方面的研究,对小根蒜干燥鳞茎——薤白的抑菌、抗氧化、抗癌等功能进行了阐述,并对中药方剂对疾病的治疗应用进行了详细概括。提出了小根蒜全株鲜食、开发调味品和天然食品防腐剂及开发中药产品3方面的应用前景。提出了区分小根蒜和薤白、薤和薤白的方法,并取消薤白拉丁名的观点;提出光、温度、水分、气热营养等条件对小根蒜生长发育的影响,小根蒜野生资源的栽培驯化和小根蒜的栽培管理技术3个研究方向。
In the article, summary of the research on the distribution、ploidy、nutritional components and medicinal components of Allium macrostemon Bunge, summary the functions of anti-bacterial, antioxidant and anti-cancer of xie bai which is the dry bulb of Allium macrostemon Bunge, detail summary the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases . Propose three application prospects of Allium macrostemon Bunge as a whole plant fresh food, condiments and natural food preservatives, and Chinese traditional medicine products. Propose to distinguishing the Allium macrostemon Bunge from xie bai, Allium chinensisG.Don from Allium macrostemon Bunge, and eliminate Latin name of xie bai. Propose three research directions on the effects of light, temperature, water, gas, heat and nutritions on the growth and development of Allium macrostemon Bunge, cultivation domestication of wild resources of of Allium macrostemon Bunge, cultivation and administration technology of Allium macrostemon Bunge.
