摘要 我国是燕麦生产大国,燕麦自身营养价值和药用价值极其丰富,逐渐被越来越多的现代人作为减肥代餐产品、营养补充产品等,人们通过摄取适量的燕麦产品补充对膳食纤维的需求。近年来,燕麦产品的加工工艺越来越成熟,燕麦产品的类型日益丰富,本文将对燕麦产品的发展历史、燕麦产品功能及加工进行探讨,并对燕麦食品及加工前景进行预估。 China is a big oat producer. Oats are rich in nutritional and medicinal value. More and more modern people are gradually taking oats as dietary substitute products and nutritional supplement products. People supplement the demand for dietary fiber by consuming appropriate amount of oat products. In recent years, the processing technology of oat products has become more and more mature, and the types of oat products have become more and more abundant. This paper will discuss the development history, function and processing of oat products, and predict the future of oat food and processing.
