摘要
在当前,随着社会经济水平的不断提升,各种类型的食品包装材料被相继开发出来,极大地丰富了食品包装材料,但也存在安全隐患。在对食品进行包装时,因包装材料是与其直接接触的,且材料中包含各类化学物质,从而使这些物质有可能在与食品接触的过程中转移到食品中,对食品造成包装污染。本文对食品包装材料及其安全性和检测技术作了简要分析。
At present, with the continuous improvement of the social and economic level, various types of food packaging materials have been developed. Although it greatly enriches the food packaging level, there are security risks under this. When the food is packaged, the packaging material is in close contact with it, and the material contains various chemical substances, so that these substances may be transferred to the food during the contact with the food, causing packaging pollution to the food. This article provided a brief analysis of food packaging material and their safety and testing techniques.
