在当前,随着社会经济水平的不断提升,各种类型的食品包装材料被相继开发出来,极大地丰富了食品包装材料,但也存在安全隐患。在对食品进行包装时,因包装材料是与其直接接触的,且材料中包含各类化学物质,从而使这些物质有可能在与食品接触的过程中转移到食品中,对食品造成包装污染。本文对食品包装材料及其安全性和检测技术作了简要分析。
