摘要
在煤气化装置上检测气化炉合成气的各组分含量,根据检测结果判断当前装置是否运行良好。由于分析仪表的选型方案直接影响最终的检测结果和投资费用,因此正确的选型方案对整个装置的正常生产至关重要。详细对比了质谱仪与红外分析仪表等的传统方案在投资、使用和运维等方面的差异,最终确定了较适合的分析仪表选型方案。
The content of each component in syngas of gasifier is detected.Based on the detection result,whether the current device is running well or not is evaluated.The selection scheme of the analyzer instrument directly affects the final detection result and investment costs.The selection scheme of analyzer instrument scheme is critical to normal production of the entire plant.The difference on the investment,application and maintenance on traditional solution based on mass spectrometer and infrared analyzer are discussed in detail.Appropriate analyzers selection scheme is proposed.
