摘要
针对中东地区高含硫油田集输管道腐蚀严重,超压爆管事故风险大等问题,分析了高完整性压力保护系统(HIPPS)在油田集输管道超压保护中的应用,并按照相关标准对设计方案的结构约束及故障失效率约束进行了验证。在故障失效率计算中建立了系统的故障树模型,对潜在的故障风险进行了定量的计算,通过对系统的安全完整性等级(SIL)验证表明:该HIPPS设计方案能满足SIL3的要求,是一种安全且经济的新型超压保护手段。
Focusing on the problem of serious corrosion for gathering and transportation pipeline,big risk for overpressure pipe-broken accident in the middle east high sulphur contained oilfield,the application of high integrity pressure protection system(HIPPS)in the overpressure protection of gathering and transportation pipeline is discussed.The structure constraints and failure efficiency constraints of the design scheme are verified according to relevant standards.The fault tree module is established in the calculation of failure efficiency.The potential failures risk is calculated quantitatively.The verification for the safety integrity level(SIL)of the system indicates the HIPPS design scheme can satisfy the requirement of SIL 3.The scheme is a novel overpressure protection countermeasure with economic and safety.
