摘要
光缆故障直接影响油气田生产单位的数据传输,导致生产、安全不可控。基于该背景,分析了人工式光缆故障点判断、曲线分析法查找故障点位置等方法的工作原理;结合人工光缆故障处理三步法,研究开发了智能化油气田光缆实时监测系统,在油气田内部出现光缆中断故障时,该系统能迅速、准确地判定故障点位置,实时将故障点信息发送给运维人员,以便快速处理故障。人工三步法、光缆实时监测系统的研发,有效地保障了油气田光缆故障处理的效率。
The optical cable fault will directly influence the data transmission of the production unit in the oil and gas field,and will lead to out of control of the production and safety.Based on the background,the working principles for the method of manual optical fault point determination,curvilinear analysis method for searching fault position,etc are analyzed.Combining the manual optical cable fault treatment of three-step,intelligent real-time monitoring system for oil gas field has been developed.When a optical cable broken fault occurs within the oil gas field,the system can determine the fault location quickly and accurately,and send the information of the fault location to the maintenance staff in real time to deal with the fault quickly.The development on manual three-step and real-time monitoring system of optical cable efficiently guarantees the optical fault treatment efficiency in oil and gas field.
